Into the Woods
This painting was very much inspired by the famous quite by John Muir
‘And into the woods I go, to lose my mind and find my soul’
My life in Hampstead over Spring consisted mainly of numerous journeys wondering timelessly through nature, taking photos and wondering where my life purpose lay and what would come next following a challenging transitional period in my life.. This was the start of my journey as an artist where I took photos of beautiful combinations that caught my eye. I really did live the whole experience of going into the woods to lose my mind and find my soul. I am sure most artists and nature lovers who are able to see the amazing potential within the seeming ordinariness of a countryside stroll will empathise within this experience.

About The Artist
Situated in England, she loves to spend most of her spare time exploring the British countryside to observe and connect with nature and photograph inspirations in order to hand paint and create images for her unique and colorful brand.
Often ideas fall in subconsciously and often it is not until after the painting is created that she is able to trace back to where the images were initially inspired. The paintings alter several times over the process and the ending of each piece to her is quite visceral. Her style is an adaptation of the Rococo movement, brought forward with a twist of unusual ethereal symbolism.
Earth Angel Art 280 is a Registered Trade mark and is therefore also available for licensing purposes.
My Art
Over a period of time I found myself living alone amongst nature in the leafy English suburbs of Hampstead, where I fell in love with the myriad flowers . The seeds of the initial visions were planted there. At the core, the compositions are a capture of the powerful healing, dream-like state, which an abundance of nature can evoke.
The creative process started off quite raw, using acrylics to allow freedom of movement around the canvas to array the composition and those were later overlaid and refined in oils. The inspirations evolved throughout a period of years. Styled with a touch of Rococo, it is the original hand paintings, which formed the basis of my art and my art products.
